The Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment while gaining valuable hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Washing dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food storage areas
- Removing rubbish and recycling
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- Supporting the team with general kitchen duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Must have Australian work rights
