Do you have a passion for the unusual and wonderful world of exotic pets? We are seeking a veterinary nurse or tech to join our team at our Ferntree Gully clinic.
The successful candidate will become part of the biggest and most supportive exotic veterinary group in the Southern Hemisphere, collaborating with our fantastic team from all around Australia.
The position on offer is on a part-time basis. The role averages 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours. We are also seeking someone who will be available to work on weekends if required.
The successful candidate will be:
- Passionate about working in exotic pet only practice.
- Able to work clinically as well as on Reception.
- Striving to offer a high standard of care and want to work with other vets and nurses who are like-minded.
- An excellent communicator and enjoy communicating with clients and uphold our gold standard approach to building and maintaining relationships.
- A team player, with a positive attitude towards work and fellow team members, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Hard-working, well organised, efficient, and reliable.
- Looking for a long-term position where you can develop, while we invest in your career with us.
- Interested in undertaking further study and regular CE.
