Join Our Friendly Team as an Oral Health Therapist / Hygienist

Are you an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist who enjoys building genuine relationships with patients and delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment?
We are looking for a motivated and friendly clinician to join our growing team. This is a part-time role, with available days potentially being Mon-Wed and Fri.

You’ll be joining a busy 8-chair practice with a loyal, long-standing patient base and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Your Role
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on patients’ oral health while working closely with experienced dentists and support staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and long-term oral health
- Managing and treating periodontal conditions
- Building strong, lasting patient relationships
- Collaborating with dentists on diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and infection control standards
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified and AHPRA registered as an Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist
- Passionate about patient care and education
- Friendly, professional, and confident in communication
- A team player who enjoys a positive, busy environment
- Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
- Experienced in Australian general practice (preferred, but graduates are welcome to apply)

Working Days
We are ideally looking to cover 3/4 days, however we can be flexible with options to strike the best work/life balance. Current availability includes:
- Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Tuesday: 11:00am – 7:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
