About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Property Officer based in Ballina. This role is responsible for supporting the administration and management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, including lease and licence management, stakeholder engagement, property maintenance coordination, and property-related projects.
Working closely with internal teams, tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring property assets are effectively managed and maintained.
Duties
- Assist with the administration and management of a commercial property portfolio
- Prepare leases, licences, reports, correspondence and other property-related documentation
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors and internal departments
- Monitor compliance with lease and licence agreements
- Contribute to lease, licence and contract negotiations
- Schedule stakeholder meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
Skills and Experience
- Qualifications in Business, Property, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in property administration, property management or a related field
- Knowledge of property management practices, leases and licences
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and corporate software systems
- Current Class C Driver Licence
