What You'll Do
- Execute seamless food and beverage service, ensuring every domestic and international passenger receives a premium tropical experience.
- Champion a safety-first mindset by strictly adhering to mandatory HACCP food safety standards and aviation security guidelines airside.
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced terminal environment, adapting quickly to fluctuating passenger volumes and changing flight schedules.
- Act as a proud ambassador for the Cairns region, maintaining impeccable personal presentation and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Collaborate closely across the venue to ensure smooth daily operations and support your team members through every single shift.
About You
- Possession of a valid background check and the ability to successfully obtain and hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
- Ownership of reliable transport to ensure punctuality for early morning or late-night shifts at the Cairns Airport location.
- Complete flexibility to accommodate a rotating roster that aligns closely with changing airline timetables and seasonal peak periods.
- Demonstrated industry experience or relevant culinary qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery for kitchen roles.
- Exceptional standards of personal grooming and professional communication skills necessary to effectively represent our premium brand.
