The Role:
You will play a critical role in ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched on time with precision. Utilizing our ERP software for invoicing, your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and Timely Delivery: Ensure all orders are dispatched on time with accuracy.
- ERP Invoicing: Invoice orders using our ERP software, ensuring all details are correct.
- Payment and Delivery Reviews: Verify orders for payments and specific delivery instructions.
- Quality Checks: Conduct thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Team Coordination: Work seamlessly with the operations team to ensure smooth order flow from production to dispatch.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting enhancements to the dispatch process.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support optimal dispatching processes.
