PROPERTY INSPECTOR
Inspectique is looking for reliable, detail-focused inspectors to carry out property inspections across Perth on an assignment basis.
This is job/assignment-based work - you take on jobs as they're offered, with the flexibility that comes with it. Ideal for someone who's organised, tech-savvy, and takes pride in thorough, accurate work.
The work
- Property Condition Reports (entry), Routine Inspections, and Final Bond Inspections (exit)
- Assignment-based - accept jobs as they suit you
- Must be available Monday to Friday
- Opportunity for Saturday work
- Key drop offs and collections from offices
What you'll need
- Reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence - you must be able to drive to different properties across the metro area
- A smart phone with a good camera -Minimum of 12MP main camera (eg. iPhone 13 or above, or Android such as Samsung Galaxy S21/S22, Google Pixel 6/7 or newer); OR a tablet or iPad with a good camera also suitable (eg. iPad 10th gen, iPad Air 5th gen or newer, Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite/S7/S8/S9 or newer)
- Reliable mobile data, wifi, phone and computer for receiving assignments, conducting inspections, and submitting reports
- Tech-savvy - comfortable with mobile and computer apps, photo management, and digital reporting
- Engage as an independent contractor and hold your own current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Already have, or willing to obtain an ABN
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months), or a willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
- Valid visa with work entitlements

- Comfortable working to deadlines (reports submitted promptly after each job)
No prior inspection experience required - paid training, and support provided. What matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
