About the Role As our Roster Clerk, you'll be responsible for the efficient allocation of shifts to our Support Workers in line with participant NDIS plans, while ensuring rosters remain compliant with the SCHADS Award, legislation and organisational best practice.
Working closely with our Client Services, Payroll and People & Culture teams, you'll coordinate rosters, manage leave requests, communicate roster changes, support onboarding and orientation scheduling, and help drive roster optimisation across the business.
While this role is based in our Robina Head Office, occasional local and interstate travel may be required to support our services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and maintain rosters at least two weeks in advance.
- Coordinate shift vacancies, sick leave and roster changes.
- Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award, budgets and roster best practice.
- Manage leave requests, orientation shifts and new starter roster allocations.
- Maintain Carelink rosters, preferred carer lists and employee records.
- Support payroll processes, brokerage approvals and roster reporting.
- Build strong relationships with Service Leaders, Area Managers and operational teams.
About You
- Demonstrated administration experience essential.
- Previous staff roster experience preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in administration is essential, with rostering experience highly regarded.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and Carelink (or similar rostering software) is advantageous.
- A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service.
- Certificate lll or IV in Business Administration or similar is desirable.
