Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance requirements.
- Mentor and support project managers and team members where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong budgeting, planning, and risk management experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing enterprise-level or multi-department projects.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Experience in technology, construction, infrastructure, finance, healthcare, or other relevant industries.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
