About the Opportunity
Realcorp is currently seeking reliable and experienced subcontractor cleaners to assist with an upcoming turnaround cleaning project at a residential building in Melbourne CBD.
This work involves room and accommodation-style changeover cleaning, including detailed presentation cleans and high-volume turnaround work within set timeframes.
Work is available during the first two weeks of July. This opportunity is ideal for subcontractors who have strong availability and are able to assist with fast-paced, high-volume cleaning.
Please note this is a subcontractor opportunity. Successful applicants must hold a valid ABN. Suitable candidates will be contacted and provided with the required onboarding documents before commencing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete room turnaround cleans
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, shared spaces, and other assigned areas
- Follow Realcorp cleaning specifications and site instructions
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and attention to detail
- Work efficiently to complete rooms within expected timeframes
- Report any maintenance, damage, access, or safety issues
- Follow site-specific procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions
About You
To be suitable for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous commercial cleaning or accommodation-style cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced turnaround environment
- Reliability and strong availability during the first two weeks of July
- Ability to follow instructions and complete work to the required standard
- Professional attitude and good communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Current Working With Children Check, WWCC
- Current Police Check
- Strong availability during the first two weeks of July
- Ability to complete required onboarding documents if shortlisted
- Ability to sign the Realcorp Subcontractor Agreement before commencing work
- Ability to work on site in person
Payment
Payment is made per completed room, not hourly.
The indicative earning equivalent is approximately $30–$45 per hour, depending on working pace, quality, and productivity.
Payment conditions will be confirmed through the Realcorp subcontractor onboarding process and Subcontractor Agreement.
