The Role:
As a Support Worker in Forest Hill VIC , you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.
This client requires personal care and companion care every Thursday 10 AM to 2 PM.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- With experience in Aged Care is a plus
