We are seeking reliable, experienced Support Workers to provide Social & Community support across Butler, Redcliffe, and Swan View.
These roles are suited to people who enjoy building meaningful relationships, supporting community participation, and providing person-centred care.
Location: Butler
We are seeking a male Support Worker (preferred) to support a client. Female Support Workers with the right skills, experience, and approach are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
- Experience supporting clients with Dementia
- Confidence supporting Type 1 Diabetes, including BGL monitoring and insulin administration
- No perfume or strongly scented products due to asthma in the home
Shifts available:
- Monday: 12:00 pm–4:00 pm or 1:00 pm–5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 9:00 am–1:00 pm
Location: Redcliffe
Seeking a female Support Worker to support a client with Dementia to access the community, attend outings, enjoy lunches, and participate in activities.
Shift available:
- Tuesday: 10:00 am–1:00 pm
Requirements:
- Female support worker preferred
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Bubbly, outgoing personality with a great sense of humour
- Confident supporting and navigating challenging behaviours
Location: Swan View
Seeking a female Support Worker to support a client living with:
- Cerebral Palsy
- Intellectual Disability
- Depression, anxiety, and complex trauma
- Epilepsy
Shift available:
- Varied - Monday to Sunday support
Requirements:
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Confident supporting complex needs and behaviours
- Able to remain calm and manage challenging situations
- Patient, resilient, and committed to positive outcomes
Essential Requirements
- Female Support Worker
- Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (3 doses)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, or related field
- Completed NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Modules
- Reliable, professional, and committed to person-centred support
