Repair Technician

Looking for a hands-on technical role?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our growing team in Warriewood. No endoscope experience? No problem. If you have strong technical aptitude, enjoy troubleshooting, and take pride in precision work, we'll provide the training needed to become an expert in the repair and servicing of flexible and rigid endoscopes.
This is a unique opportunity to develop specialist skills while playing an important role in supporting healthcare professionals and patient outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Inspect, assess and test endoscopes and medical devices
Diagnose faults and identify repair requirements
Disassemble, repair and reassemble complex instruments
Perform functional testing to ensure products meet quality standards
Record repairs, maintenance activities and service reports
Follow quality procedures, work instructions and compliance requirements
Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work environment
We're interested in people who have:
Experience in a technical, mechanical, electronic, assembly, repair or maintenance role
Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small components and precision tools
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
A logical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
Confidence learning and using systems and software
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
