We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a varied role where you'll provide outstanding customer service while working closely with our warehouse team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, orders and services, delivering a professional and positive experience.
Promptly answer phones, retrieve emails and respond to general sales enquiries.
Provide support with estimating and obtaining quotes for custom products, so that deadlines are maintained.
Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfilment.
Accurately invoice goods once packed and ready for dispatch, with consideration to end of month orders for the following month.
Follow up orders and advise customers of any delays or shortages.
Obtain product/technical support from internal resources, to address customer queries.
Assist with data entry of customer, product or pricing details ensuring accuracy, by self-checking.
Keep customers informed of order progress and provide updates as required.
Handle customer returns and exchanges in line with company procedures.
Assist with inventory and stock management activities, including receiving and organising stock.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
Provide customer service to “walk-in” customers promptly and respectfully providing attention to detail and understanding of customer needs.
