Key Skills and Experience:
- Premium Bar Operations: A minimum of 2 years experience in bar operations, with a strong focus on high-end service.
- Mixology Mastery: From timeless classics to bold modern creations, you have deep knowledge and genuine passion for the art of cocktail making.
- Certified & Ready – You hold a current NSW RSA Certificate and understand the importance of responsible service at every level.
