We are seeking an experienced Quality & Accreditation Manager to lead accreditation, clinical quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our growing national organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a critical function that underpins our clinical model, Medicare compliance and ongoing growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems and implementing best practice in a fast growing healthcare organisation.
In this role, you will take ownership of:

RACGP accreditation readiness and audit preparation

Self audit programs and evidence collection
-
Clinical quality improvement initiatives
-
Complaints and incidents management
-
Policy and procedure development and maintenance
-
Medicare and compliance governance activities
-
Clinical governance reporting and quality metrics
-
Continuous improvement projects across the organisation
You will work closely with clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance remain central to everything we do.
You are passionate about quality healthcare and have a strong understanding of accreditation and compliance within a healthcare environment.
To be successful, you will bring:

Experience in practice management, clinical quality improvement, or a similar healthcare setting

Demonstrated experience with RACGP accreditation, AGPAL audits or equivalent accreditation frameworks

Experience managing complaints, incidents and quality improvement programs

Strong understanding of clinical governance and compliance requirements

Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
-
The ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical operational processes

Experience working within primary care will be highly regarded
