About the role
As a Data Integrity Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance and integrity of subcontractor claims data while supporting operational decision-making across the Defence Base Services contract. Additionally, you'll:

Analyse and validate high volumes of claims data to identify discrepancies, exceptions and potential risks

Conduct detailed reviews of subcontractor claims using Excel and other analytical tools to ensure compliance with agreed rates, contractual requirements and business processes

Investigate claim variances and non-compliant submissions, making recommendations for resolution

Liaise with vendors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to resolve data, payment and system-related queries

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, claim accuracy and system performance

Assist with reporting, trend analysis and process optimisation activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to support effective issue resolution and service delivery
About you

Experience working with large datasets in a data, claims, administration or analytical role

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and data manipulation

Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and validate high volumes of information

Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, data reporting tools or scripting/automation capabilities will be highly regarded

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
