Purpose:
As a key member of the Engineering, Infrastructure & Services Team, you are responsible for safe, compliant, aircraft and bus transportation services and airport operations (including Ground Handling) to meet the requirements of the CuSA Operations.
Core Accountabilities – Role Specific
- Support the Aviation and Bussing operations Contract Owner by fulfilling the Execution supervisor role. Provide operational oversight to ensure services are delivered as per contract scope and advise of any deviation.
- Liaise with statutory bodies, internal and external stakeholders, regulators, material risk and control owners to ensure compliance and ongoing operational availability of transport services.
- Execute (or adjust when circumstances change) the daily plan and report against the daily plan.
- Monitor service KPIs to identify safety, operational, performance and cost saving improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and licence
- Airport Reporting Officer (Training will be provided if qualification not held)
- Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC)
- Drivers Licence
- Safety Works Officer Certificate
- Aviation fire fighter certificate
Experience & Technical Competencies
- Aviation and or Bus Transportation Contract management experience
- Supervisory experience
- Emergency management
- Ability to influence and mentor others in HSEC principles and behaviours
- Ability to operate at multiple levels and across disciplines
