Lightning Energy is looking for a Program Project Administrator to join our team in Malvern East, VIC.

The Role:
We're looking for a Program Project Administrator to work within a dynamic, high-performing environment, coordinating resources, schedules and communications to ensure the efficient delivery of solar installation projects.
Key Duties include:
- Coordinate project resources, schedules, meetings, communications and documentation for solar installation projects
- Develop and implement project plans, allocate tasks and monitor milestones
- Liaise with customers, installers, contractors, suppliers and senior management
- Schedule and coordinate installation appointments across multiple project sites
- Monitor contractor performance and report project updates to management
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and databases
- Handle inbound/outbound service calls and customer queries
- Maintain tracking systems to monitor installation progress and deadlines
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Program/Project Administrator or in a similar role
- Committed, dedicated and motivated
- Able to manage multiple priorities and think independently
- Comfortable working with project management tools and systems
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
Details:
Location: Malvern East, VIC 3145
Full-time, Permanent (1 position)
Salary: $80,000 per annum, exclusive of superannuation
