**About the Role**
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our team. This is a varied role that combines warehouse duties with customer service, so you’ll be just as comfortable packing orders as you are assisting customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Picking and packing orders (accurately,securley and efficiently — no one likes the wrong order!)
* Label and prepare orders for dispatch
* Assist with stock control and inventory checks
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to basic enquiries
* Assist walk-in customers with purchases and product questions
**What We’re Looking For**
* Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience (preferred but not required)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Friendly, professional communication skills (Can have a good yarn)
* Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Physically fit and able to lift/move stock
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player (A love of sport would make a good fit)
