Together We Thrive Support Co is currently seeking Casual Support Workers (Male & Female) to join our growing team in Campbelltown, New South Wales.
These roles involve providing in-home and community support services within the youth, pychosocial and disability sectors.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalised, high-quality support to participants, including:
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Personal care
- Community access and social engagement
- Advocating for participants’ rights while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Following all organisational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Working collaboratively with the wider support team to implement individualised support plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date participants records and documentation
- Actively participating in training and professional development
A Working with Childern Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check must be obtained within 30 days of commencement.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in youth, Mental Health and/or disability support (essential)
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by people in youth, psychosoical and disability care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach
- First Aid & CPR certification (must be held prior to commencement if not current)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Relevant Certificate III qualification(desirable but not essential)

Pay: $43.23 – $86.45 per hour
