The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Cairns-based team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a small team environment, and is eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales leads
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
- Assist with showroom presentation and customer walk-ins
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (hospitality or equipment sales a bonus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
- Basic computer skills (email, quoting systems, etc.)

Pay: $52,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
