We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to support a female client based in Lakemba on a Full-time basis. You must speak urdu and be available 6 days a week from 12:00pm-5:00pm.
The Role:
Provide care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans including:
- Must be available 6 days and available 12:00pm -5:00pm.
- Must speak the language urdu
- Must be energetic and enjoy being creative with clients
- Must be able to provide personal care with respect and dignity
- Following behavior support plans to support participants live more independently and community access.
- Social support and group participation
- Life skills development and promoting participants choice and control in their daily activities
- Transportation
- Meal Preparation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children’s Check
- Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Community and/or Experience in a similar role
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 and above) and access to a car.
- National Police Certificate (Preferred)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check

To work at FCSS, the successful applicant must undergo a NDIS Workers Check and a NSW Working with Children Check. It is also a requirement under NSW Health for all disability support workers to have had their third vaccination or a medical exemption.
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
