Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group, is seeking an experienced Event & Bar Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality corporate events and hospitality experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, premium events environment.
THE ROLE
- Predominantly Monday–Friday, mix of daytime & evening shifts
Supervise bar and event operations during conferences and functions
Read and execute event run sheets
Liaise directly with clients during events
Manage event set-up, pack-down, and contractor bump-in/out
Lead and manage the team on shift
Oversee bar operations and stock levels
Ensure service, safety, and presentation standards are met
THE PERSON
Minimum 2 years’ leadership or supervisory experience
Background in bartending, hotels, restaurants, and/or events (preferred)
Strong bar operations knowledge
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Coffee experience desired
RMLV desired but not essential
