About the role
As Senior Manager, Strategic Development, you will partner with Executive leaders to drive strategic planning, business cases and enterprise-wide decision-making. Reporting to the CFO and General Manager, Corporate Services, you'll provide strategic analysis, lead investment and planning initiatives, and deliver practical, evidence-based solutions that support the long-term success of State Trustees. This is an opportunity to influence organisational strategy and work closely with senior leaders to shape the future of the organisation.
Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, transformation or a related discipline

Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations, business cases and investment proposals that support Executive decision-making

Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into practical outcomes

Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience partnering effectively with senior leaders across complex organisations

Outstanding written communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality Executive and Board papers

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Economics, Public Policy or a related discipline
