Rainbow Club is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated instructors to join our Active Moves program—an aqua fitness initiative tailored for young adults (16–25 years) with physical, intellectual, or sensory disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for caring instructors who want to leave each week knowing they’ve made a real impact.
Position: Active Moves Instructor
Location: Caringbah- Active Moves,Swimmerz Academy, 19 Wurrook Circuit, Caringbah NSW 2229
Time: Sunday | 9.00am – 1.00pm
Type: Casual position

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for inclusive teaching and fitness
- Previous experience in swim instruction (newly qualified teachers welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt sessions to support young adults with a disability
- A supportive and positive approach to teaching
Essential Requirements:

Qualified Swim Teacher
- Current CPR
- WWCC (Working With Children Check)
- NDISWC (All applicants will need to apply once they accept a position with us)

About Rainbow Club:
Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children with a disability. Rainbow Club Australia is a charity that helps children with a disability learn to swim and provides young adults with aqua exercise classes. We have 70+ clubs across NSW, Victoria, ACT and QLD and have plans to increase our footprint to meet the increasing demand for membership. We employ 400+ swimming teachers on a casual basis to provide personalised swimming lessons and aqua exercises to children and young adults with a disability.
