JC Assist is a growing aged care, disability support and allied health organisation committed to supporting individuals, families and the wider community. We are also a registered charity, dedicated to improving access to care and support for people who need it most.
As our Psychology service continues to grow, we are looking for passionate and dedicated psychologists to join our team and help us expand access to high-quality, client-centred psychological care across our community.
We welcome expressions of interest from Registered Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Psychology Registrars and early-career psychologists, as well as psychologists with experience or an interest in working with disability, NDIS participants, families, carers, children, adolescents and adults.
Our ideal working arrangement is 1–2 days per week to begin with, with the opportunity to gradually increase hours as caseloads grow, making this a great opportunity for clinicians seeking flexibility and sustainable practice growth.

About You
You will:
● Be registered with AHPRA, or eligible for registration.
● Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Be committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological care.
● Take a client-centred, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming approach.
● Be comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team.
● Have a genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
Experience working with NDIS participants, people with disability, complex presentations, children, adolescents, adults, families or carers will be highly regarded, but we welcome psychologists from a range of backgrounds and areas of interest.
