About the Role
Working remotely, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, managing enquiries, coordinating appointments and supporting the day-to-day administration of the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
· Maintain customer records and the lead tracker.
· Coordinate appointments with the business owner.
· Prepare draft quotes where required.
· Complete general administration and weekly reporting.
We're Looking For
· Previous administration, reception or customer service experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisation and attention to detail.
· Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Canva.
· Professional, reliable and proactive approach.
Position Details
Perth (Work from Home)
Approximately 8 hours per week across 2–3 weekdays
$30–35/hour depending on experience
Independent Contractor (ABN required)
