In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team managing new applications, and updating customer details, for vehicle related third party programs.
This role will see you contribute to the safety of NSW roads by assisting all stakeholders including customers, service providers, industry and internal stakeholders by facilitating and assisting new applications, changes and renewals while responding to a variety of requests for assistance and guiding customers through legislative requirements.
You will navigate a variety of systems, programs and legislation ensuring an accurate timely service in a high-volume environment.
Please note that this role requires to attend the Glen Innes or Grafton office 5 days per fortnight.

About you
Your strong computer, communication and customer service skills formed while working in a role which is fast paced and requires accuracy will see you excel in the tasks required of this role where you can bring your great phone manner and ability to resolve issues and provide solutions, leading to the efficient delivery of the safer vehicles’ programs processing. You're recognised as a "can do" person with the ability to read, interpret and apply legislation, skilled at working in a high-volume environment, your previous experience gained in a call centre or customer resolution team would be highly desirable.
