The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating HR administration, end to end recruitment, maintaining compliance processes, and the employee life-cycle.
You'll work closely with our State Leadership Team, Payroll and Head Office departments to deliver an outstanding employee experience while ensuring all HR processes remain compliant and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to end employee life-cycle management, including onboarding & offboarding.
- General HR Administration.
- HR audits, to ensure the Company remains legally compliant.
- Coordinate recruitment across Retail & Head Office, including advertising roles, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Own the employee recognition initiatives, including service anniversaries and monthly incentives.
- Support investigations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Assist with policy updates.
- Be the first point of contact for all general HR enquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
About You
- Previous experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the retail industry preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Experience in recruitment and employee life-cycle administration.
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR bets practices is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
