The College for Adult Learning (CAL) is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the work, managing digital marketing activity, working across platforms, analysing performance and making things happen.
You’ll work across both accredited (B2C) and non-accredited corporate training (B2B), as part of our in-house marketing team with support from external agencies. While you won’t have direct reports initially, you’ll have plenty of ownership and influence over how our digital marketing performs.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of our digital marketing activity, working across:
- Lead generation and digital campaigns
- Supporting SEO and social channels
- Websites and landing pages
- Digital content and creative
- Campaign performance, reporting and analytics
- Agency relationships and performance
- B2B and B2C marketing activity
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology and external partners to make sure our marketing activity is delivering the right results.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is experienced, practical and genuinely hands-on.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ digital marketing experience
- Strong experience delivering lead generation campaigns
- Hands-on experience across digital marketing platforms
- A data-driven approach to measuring and improving performance
- Experience working with external agencies
- Strong commercial understanding
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- A willingness to get into the detail and make things happen
- An interest in AI and emerging digital marketing opportunities
You don’t need to be a people manager. You need to be someone who knows digital marketing and enjoys doing it.
Why CAL?
CAL is a growing online education provider focused on helping adults build the skills and qualifications they need to shape their future.
This is an opportunity to join a future-focused team and take genuine ownership of digital marketing across two very different audiences — B2C students and B2B clients.
If you’re looking for a senior digital marketing role where you can get stuck in, have influence and see the impact of your work, we’d love to hear from you.
