About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Marketing Insights & Performance Lead to set the direction for marketing measurement, insight generation and performance reporting across our marketing channels and customer experiences.
In this role, you’ll bring the voice of the customer to life through data , enabling smarter decision-making across the business while building and scaling our insight capability. You’ll play a key role in embedding a data-led culture and ensuring marketing performance is measured against meaningful outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Define and lead the marketing measurement and insight strategy aligned to business outcomes
- Embed a data-led culture where insights drive decision-making and commercial impact
- Translate web, campaign and customer data into clear, actionable insight and recommendations
- Oversee performance reporting across digital channels, focusing on outcome-based metrics
- Establish and scale a self-serve reporting approach (automation, standardisation and analyst support)
- Build stakeholder capability and confidence in using and interpreting data
- Review and optimise reporting platforms to ensure scalability, governance and data integrity
- Champion a test-and-learn culture, ensuring experiments are effectively measured and applied
- Communicate insights through compelling narratives and visualisations for varied audiences
- Lead and develop analytical capability within the team, maintaining high standards of data quality
About You
- Strong analytical background, with proven ability to turn digital, campaign and customer data into actionable insights
- Experience with digital analytics and tag management platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or DOMO
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear and concise storytelling
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing analytical teams, with a strong focus on data quality and governance
