Job Description
Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park are seeking a dedicated, reliable and service-oriented customer service extraordinaire to join our hotel overnight Front Office team in a Night Auditing role.
Joining us an experienced Hotel Night Auditor, you will be responsible for rolling our financial system from the day. In addition, you will provide a positive guest experience and welcome our late-night arrivals. Working 11pm - 7am shifts alongside our Night Manager, you will process nightly reports, contributing to a smooth overnight shift with an opportunity to build upon your skillset.

Previous experience using Opera is desirable.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring procedures are followed.

Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions.
