About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Employee Relations professional to join our People Division and play a key role in supporting employee relations across TheirCare's national network.
This opportunity is intentionally flexible and may be appointed at either a Senior Employee Relations Advisor or Employee Relations Manager level, depending on the successful candidate's experience, capability, and demonstrated leadership expertise. This role is suited to a confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex workplace matters. Depending on the level of appointment, the role may also involve formal leadership responsibilities, including mentoring team members, overseeing workflow management, and supporting the strategic direction of the Employee Relations function.
This is a full-time position based at our Glen Iris Head Office, with hybrid work options available.
