We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and energetic individual to join our growing team as a Junior Real Estate Canvasser / Community Engagement Representative. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who loves meeting new people, enjoys being active, and wants to build a career in real estate, property, or finance.
About the Role
In this position, you will be engaging with members of the local community, conducting friendly surveys and conversations around:
- Home ownership goals
- Refinancing and interest rates
- Property investing
- Buying a first or next home
This is not a sales role. Your focus will simply be starting conversations, gathering information, and professionally representing our brand within the community.

Hours
This role is available 3–5 days per week, with flexibility around days for the right candidate.
- Weekdays: 3:00pm – 6:00pm (minimum 3 days per week)
- Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm
