SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

Including You is looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to support adult NDIS participants across their homes and communities. You’ll also work closely with our Allied Health Manager to help shape and grow our Speech Pathology service.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Complete functional communication and swallowing assessments
- Deliver practical, evidence-based interventions
- Prepare clear reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with families, support teams and allied health professionals
- Help develop clinical resources, systems and service pathways
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
- Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience in communication and swallowing assessment and intervention
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A person-centred and evidence-based approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Current driver’s licence and access to a registered vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid certificate
- Completion of infection control training
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS experience is preferred but not essential

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
