Disability Support Worker – RMB Care

Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time
Pay Rate: Paid under the SCHADS Award (plus weekend/evening penalties)
About the Role
At RMB Care, we provide dedicated, person-centred support to help NDIS participants build independence and engage with their community. We are looking for reliable, passionate Support Workers to join our team.
Your day-to-day will involve community access, assisting with daily living tasks, goal coaching, and writing clear shift notes.
What We Need From You
- Flexible Availability: Ready to work a varied roster, including mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Licence & Transport: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable, insured car for participant transport.
- Core Qualifications & Compliance:
- A Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or relevant industry experience.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & ACT WWVP registration.
- Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certificates.
