About the role
You’ll work on a broad range of medical negligence matters, providing strategic advice and strong client advocacy from commencement through to resolution.
Working closely with experienced leaders in the field, you will:
- Manage your own medical negligence file load
- Develop and implement litigation strategies
- Build strong relationships with clients, experts and counsel
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients through the litigation process
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience practising in medical negligence law or Wrongs Act matters
- Strong litigation and file management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- A genuine passion for helping injured people
- A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a positive team culture
