Today we are scaling rapidly into AI infrastructure, manufacturing advanced cooling systems for a new generation of data centres.
We're seeking a Team Administrator to support our Engineering division, based at our Hume, ACT office. This is a busy, hands-on role at the centre of the team, keeping projects, meetings and deadlines on track so our engineers can focus on the work they do best.
You'll work closely with the Head of Engineering and the wider team, coordinating schedules, documentation and day-to-day admin. It's a great role for someone who enjoys variety, likes staying organised and takes pride in getting the details right.

Provide administrative support to the Head of Engineering, including travel bookings, diary management, meeting coordination and general correspondence

Coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes and action items

Follow up outstanding actions, monitor key deadlines and flag upcoming requirements to the team

Prepare documents, presentations, reports and project updates as required

Arrange travel for the wider Engineering team

Act as the central point of contact for administrative matters within Engineering

Maintain project and task trackers, registers, schedules and electronic files

Coordinate project documentation and administrative requirements across the team

Process purchase orders, invoices and expense claims

Assist with document management for engineering product documentation, liaising with the product management team and external parties as needed

Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
This is an entry level position, and a great opportunity for someone early in their administration career to build their skills. Previous experience is highly regarded, and full training and support will be provided to help you grow into the role.
