Ladamax is looking for a Receivals & Dispatch Team Member (Ladder Packer) to join our manufacturing team in Brendale. Whether you already have warehouse experience or you're looking to build a career in manufacturing, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role responsible for preparing customer orders, dispatching finished products and receiving incoming goods.
Your day will include:
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Wrapping and strapping ladder packs safely for transport
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
- Receiving incoming materials and checking deliveries
- Completing dispatch paperwork and transport documentation
- Operating forklifts and other equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
- Following Ladamax Quality, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
- Working closely with the production team to meet daily dispatch schedules

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, honest and punctual
- Positive with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Committed to workplace safety and quality
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable completing paperwork and following procedures
Essential Requirements
- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Current Australian working rights
- Ability to safely lift and move products throughout the day
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in warehouse, dispatch, stores or manufacturing
- Experience using forklifts in a production environment
Don't worry if you don't have experience in every area—we'll provide full training for the right person.
Remuneration
Starting from $32.50 per hour (Full-Time), depending on your skills and experience.
Your pay will be reviewed during your probation period based on your performance, attitude and development.
