Job Title: Claims Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a Claims Manager to join a well-established specialist insurer based in Eastern Adelaide. This is an excellent opportunity for a claims professional who enjoys coordinating managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the claims lifecycle.
Working closely with clients, insurers, and third-party administrators, you’ll play a key role in overseeing claims administration, monitoring claim progress, and ensuring a seamless claims experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage claims from notification through to resolution
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and third-party administrators
- Monitor claim progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate claims documentation and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and claims support
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous Claims experience is essential, ideally within farm/agricultural claims however any commercial claims experience will be considered
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities
- Experience working within an insurer, brokerage, or claims environment
