What you'll be doing
Deliver engaging, student-centred training and assessment in Individual Support programs.
Facilitate learning across classroom, simulated, workplace and online environments.
Develop and implement assessment tools aligned with national training package requirements.
Support student engagement, progression and success through inclusive teaching practices.
Build strong relationships with industry, students and stakeholders.
Maintain current industry and vocational education practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement and educational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Mandatory requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021) or equivalent.
Current industry skills and experience relevant to Individual Support training.
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or equivalent.
Approved higher-level adult education qualification; or equivalent approved credential.
Current vocational education and training knowledge and skills.
Evidence of ongoing professional development in training and assessment.
Highly desirable
Experience using Learning Management Systems and digital learning technologies.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
