The Senior Business Analyst will contribute to delivering mission-critical digital products within DAFF’s Digital Business Division. The role focuses on supporting large-scale digital transformation through user-centred design, business analysis, and agile delivery practices.
You will work across discovery, design, and delivery phases, translating business needs into technical solutions while configuring SaaS platforms and ensuring high-quality, accessible digital outcomes.

Conduct requirements gathering, business gap analysis, and define As-Is / To-Be states

Develop business process maps, workflows, and data flow diagrams

Translate business needs into user stories / product backlog items (PBIs)

Perform acceptance testing and ensure alignment with product features and dependencies

Engage with internal/external stakeholders to understand user needs

Collaborate with solution architects and developers on system design

Communicate complex technical solutions in simple, business-friendly language

Support delivery through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases

Guide development sequencing and contribute to agile ceremonies

Work in multi-disciplinary teams using agile / SAFe frameworks

Apply Human-Centred Design (HCD) principles

Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance

Develop wireframes, concepts, and design specifications

Support and promote a design system across digital products
