The Role
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Barista with a genuine passion for specialty coffee. This is a casual position, including weekends perfect for someone who loves what they do and thrives in a busy, community-focused café environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high-volume specialty coffee to a consistently high standard
- Operating and maintaining commercial espresso equipment
- Delivering friendly, efficient service during busy service periods
- Supporting the team across café operations as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the coffee bar
What We’re Looking For
- Proven barista experience in a high-volume coffee environment; this is essential
- Strong espresso technique and milk texturing skills
- Ability to maintain quality and pace during peak periods
- A genuine love of coffee and customer connection
- Availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- A team-first attitude and reliable work ethic
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $24.95 – $44.48 per hour
