As a Data Analyst reporting to the Data Analytics & Insights Lead, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support operational and commercial decision-making across the business. You will be responsible for independently managing data extraction, validation, and transformation to ensure the integrity of reporting, while developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful performance insights. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will translate data requirements into clear analytical outputs, manage data requests, and help answer complex business questions. You'll also collaborate with the Junior Data Analyst, providing guidance where needed, and escalate more complex analytical challenges to the Data Analytics & Insights Manager.
