About the Role:
As a Sales & Business Development Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound & outbound enquiries, guiding customers through their moving journey and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
This is a phone-based sales role where personality, confidence and follow-up matter. You’ll build strong connections, provide tailored solutions and navigate conversations with professionalism to confidently convert enquiries into bookings - all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Continue building relationships within our existing network while actively sourcing new partners, contributing to the growth of our partner loyalty rewards program - creating a win-win through partner incentives and ongoing commissions.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Sales experience 12 months minimum preferred - however we are happy to train the right person, with the right attitude and work ethic!
✅ Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
✅ A goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
✅ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
✅ Previous real estate, or similar experience would be advantageous for this role, but not essential.
