Psychologist: $83,898 – $118,318pa.
Specialist Psychologist: $120,464 - $139,824pa

What you’ll do
Every day, you'll use your clinical expertise to support rehabilitation, reduce reoffending, and contribute to safer communities. You'll conduct psychological assessments, criminogenic risk evaluations, and evidence-based interventions while providing expert advice on complex mental health, behavioural, and risk-related matters.
Working collaboratively with Community Corrections staff, case managers, and other stakeholders, you'll help develop intervention strategies and case management plans that support offender rehabilitation and community safety. Your assessments, reports, and recommendations will inform rehabilitation outcomes and key decision-making.
For Specialist Psychologists, opportunities exist to provide clinical leadership, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the delivery of best-practice psychological services across Community Corrections.

What we’re looking for
You're a psychologist who is passionate about helping people create positive change and improve rehabilitation outcomes. You bring strong clinical judgement, effective communication skills, and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice.
You enjoy working with complex presentations and collaborating with a range of stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients and the community. Whether your experience comes from forensic, correctional, rehabilitation, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, or a related setting, you're resilient, adaptable, and motivated by supporting behavioural change and reducing reoffending.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, value collaborative practice, and are committed to delivering high-quality psychological services that contribute to safer communities and improved client outcomes.
