Reid Stockfeeds is a leading, family‑owned stockfeed manufacturer, and we’re looking for an energetic Production Coordinator to join our Gunbower team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be right on the production floor, working closely with your teammates to keep operations running smoothly in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating with the Scheduler and coordinating daily production priorities and supporting mill operations
- Jumping in during breakdowns and working with maintenance to keep things moving
- Maintaining strict Safety, Quality, and Feedsafe compliance - without compromise
- Communicating clearly across shifts and contributing to a strong team culture
- Staying alert, adaptable, and ready to think on your feet
What You’ll Bring

Experience in stockfeed, milling, or food manufacturing (ideal but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a solution focused mindset
- A hands‑on approach with high attention to detail
- Forklift licence + competent computer skills
- Flexibility to work Day and Afternoon shifts
- Reliability, positivity, and a genuine “can‑do” attitude
- Can lead a team and support there development
