IMMEDIATE START Experienced Disability Support Worker (Female) – Regular Permanent Hours | Dutton Park
$46-$49+ per hour + penalties + sleepover allowance
Our Future Focus is seeking an experienced, trauma-informed Female Disability Support Worker to join a small, dedicated team supporting one gentleman in his 40s in his own home in Dutton Park. No personal care required.
This is an opportunity to build a genuine long-term relationship with one participant while working consistent, reliable hours in a supportive team environment. Full training will be provided.

Available Shifts
Every Week
- Tuesday: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm + sleepover
- Friday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, then 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm + sleepover
Alternate Weekends
Weekend 1
- Full weekend availability (day or evening shifts – your preference)
Weekend 2
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday:
- 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Sleepover
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting people with disability
- Works from a trauma-informed, respectful approach
- Is reliable, calm and committed to providing high-quality support
- Enjoys working as part of a small, consistent team
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) the usual disability support requirements (NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, driver's licence, etc.)
