About the Team
Based in various branches nationally, the Client Support Group works closely with the In the Field Staff, the Client Solutions Specialists, Branch staff, Commercial and any other Key Stakeholders to ensure all reporting, invoicing, payroll, and orders management is accurate and entered into the internal systems, as well as providing the same level of accuracy to the external client in the form of Service Reports and invoices.
About the Role
Elastomers Australia are currently seeking a part time Client Support Officer to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave cover, working 3x days per week, Located at our Campbellfield Office. Reporting into the Senior Client Support Officer, this is a unique and diverse administration role, with no two days the same. You will actively be a key component to the order process, provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily processing of orders, RFQ’s, Expedites from the Shared Mailbox and Portal to internal EA systems Dashboard
- Preparation of quotes as instructed by the Client Solutions Specialists

Order creation within internal systems

A heavy focus on data entry to develop and generate customised service reports for clients nationally

Responsible sharing of information and data to the national Client Support Team

Liaise with clients to customise reports for their specific requirements

Prepare spreadsheets to assist in information gathering

Ensure all external reports meet contract requirements as delegated by the Commercial Team

Internal/External Stakeholder engagement
Skills and Experience

Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel; formulas, reporting systems and design

Previous experience in an administration and reporting role or similar
- Previous experience in purchase orders and invoicing

Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

Sound communication skills, with the ability to liaise at various levels within the organisation
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
